Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. The following guidelines apply for cancellations:
More than 30 days before the start of the tour: Full refund minus a nominal processing fee.
15 to 30 days before the start of the tour: 50% refund of the total package price.
Less than 15 days before the start of the tour: No refund, as the booking is considered non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation policy outlined above. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 10-14 working days for the refund to be processed.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive for your booked tour, no refund will be provided. In case of an emergency or unavoidable situation, kindly contact us beforehand, and we may consider rescheduling or offering a partial refund at our discretion.
Changes to Bookings
If you need to make changes to your booking (such as changing the date or modifying the package), please contact us at least 7 days prior to the start of your tour. Changes are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply depending on the request.
Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or government-imposed restrictions that prevent the operation of the tour, we will offer an alternative tour date or a full refund, depending on the situation.
Travel Insurance
We recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and unforeseen events. This will provide additional protection in case of cancellations or changes.
